The Law Office Hartmann, Jelínek, Fráňa and partners was founded in 1990 as a professional association of attorneys-at-law. The founding members – jur. D. Josef Vych, who died on 12 July 2000, jur. D. Milan Jelínek and jur. D. Jiří Hartmann, at the foundation joined by jur. D. Marta Fedorková, chose as a form of their common practice of law an unincorporated association. Shortly after foundation, this association occupied with the scope of the legal services it provided a significant position in the branch and, after extension of the legal services with additional sights and with a growing number of its own attorneys and other legal experts, it ranges now at the top of the players of the law service market in the Czech Republic. The Law Office consists of attorneys – associates, junior attorneys-at-law, attorneys´ assistants, administrative staff and staff of the economic department. The Law Office co-operates with and uses services of ancillary experts, especially one-truck specialized lawyers, auditors, chartered accountants, tax advisors, authorized experts, interpreters and translators, in the scope enabling to provide its clients with full legal services at a high professional level. The legal services are offered predominantly on the whole territory of the Czech Republic, in EU Member States and, if needed, also elsewhere abroad. In this connection it should be noted that the Law Office is an active member of the supranational association ABL (Alliance of Business Lawyers) and individual attorneys are engaged in the activity of other international organizations.
The Law Office has its principal places of business in Prague and Hradec Králové.
